Coach Bry is a professional boxer and MMA fighter. She is currently ranked in the top 10 in her weight class, nationally. Coach Spencer made her Olympic Games debut at London where she finished tied for fifth in the middleweight 75kg category. Coach Carrie has all the fundamentals of a great teacher. She is patient, motivating and tough all wrapped into one, not to mention an incredible attitude.

Carlos Moreno is an experienced and dedicated trainer who has been boxing competitively for 8 years and coaching boxing for 7 years. Thomas started boxing at the age of 16 under the tutelage of Carlos Moreno and has been an avid boxing enthusiast ever since. He has spent the last few years pouring his energy into powerlifting and boxing and has recently become a qualified personal trainer. Tom has been competing in white collar boxing in preparation for the amateur boxing league where he hopes to make his mark on the national scene. An extremely technical coach, he flourishes as not only a fighter and coach but as a manager who dedicated to ensuring our gyms run successfully. Solomon Adeyi is a competitive amateur boxer at the famous Repton Boxing Club in East London but he did not always start out at fighter.

As Performance Director, Rob leads a Performance Team of more than 30 people made-up of full-time time Podium coaches, part-time Performance coaches and sport science and medical experts, some of which are contracted from the English Institute of Sport. As a professional coach, he was best known for his role with three-time world super-middleweight champion, Carl Froch, whom Rob trained throughout his career.
